１号棟および２号棟の外壁改修工事を実施いたします/ Exterior Wall Renovation Set for Buildings 1, 2
平素よりザ・レジデンシャルスイート・福岡に格別のご愛顧を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
当ホテルでは、施設の安全性と快適性向上のため、下記期間に外壁改修工事を実施いたします。
【工事期間】
2025年12月1日 ～ 2026年4月30日（予定）
※期間中は外壁に足場を設置いたします。
【作業日】
・2025年12月：平日のみ（※土日休み）
・2026年1月以降：日曜休み
【作業時間】8:30 ～ 17:30
工事に際しましては、安全対策を徹底し、お客様のご滞在に支障がないよう最大限配慮いたします。
ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

*Scaffolding will be installed on the exterior walls during this period.
[ Work Days ]
・December 2025: Weekdays only (Closed Saturdays and Sundays)
・January 2026 onwards: Closed Sundays
[ Work Hours]
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We will implement thorough safety measures during construction and make every effort to ensure your stay is not disrupted.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
